Integration with Practice Management Software

Generally, your existing practice management software should already have most of the data found on the TWCC forms.  Doesn't it make sense to just have this data electronically transferred from your system to an electronic form instead of having your staff retype it?

Minimizing staff labor by transferring as much data from your existing practice software is the goal of eTWCC.com's Integration solution.

To transmit the form, a member of your staff simply reviews the record online at our secure web site, verifies the entries, then presses a button.  Because all the patient, employer, carrier, and diagnosis information is electronically drawn from your system, it takes your staff just seconds for each form to be processed.  This is a tremendous efficiency cost savings for a physician's group or heavy workers comp practice.   

As with our Automated Transmission Services, eTWCC.com takes care of all the faxing at no additional cost to you.

But will it work with my system?

First of all, you should know that our founders were some of the best Systems Integration consultants for physician practices in the Houston Medical Center prior to forming eTWCC.com.

In general, if your application is ODBC compliant, there should not be a problem integrating your data to the eTWCC.com web application.  In some cases, Integration will require you to operate a dedicated computer to extract the data from your system and make it available for your users to post to eTWCC.com.

Pricing and Purchase Options

Work done in building the integration links can be performed by your own Information Systems staff, or eTWCC.com Consulting Services personnel can come on-site to do the work for you.  Consulting fees do apply to this work.

Web Hosted Option

Once your data integration links are established, eTWCC.com will host, manage, and maintain the application for a monthly subscription fee on a negotiated basis.  This fee includes the telephone toll charges for your faxes as well as all software updates, support and maintenance.

Client Site Option

For large organizations that would like to run the eTWCC integration modules from their own computers (e.g. "in-house"), eTWCC.com can license the software and conduct the installation on a negotiated fee basis.  At a minimum, your practice would need dedicated server hardware and software for:
