Automated Fax Transmission

Program Details

With Automated Fax Transmission service, your staff completes a customized web form, then presses a Submit button. From there eTWCC.com 's web and fax servers electronically transmit the form to the Insurance Carrier and the patient's employer as required by TWCC Rules.

The web form which your staff uses to enter the data is not the actual TWCC form but an optimized web form for faster data entry. When your staff selects "Fax Form(s) Immediately", the data is converted to a fax image and sent out via an industrial strength fax server. The data is retained on our system for a period of time in case you or your staff wants to:

	Print the form at your office.
	Refax the information to alternate locations.
	Verify the status of one or more TWCC-73 or TWCC-69 submissions
	View the image of the completed form which was sent.
	Quickly create forms in seconds with our 'Duplicate' feature which copies all the data from a previous office visit for a patient into a new form with a new date of service. This is especially useful when you see patients many times for the same condition.

Current Form Library

Because we believe that online form management and transmission are the wave of the future, we will continue to add standardized forms to our online library at no additional charge.

Currently we have the following forms available for users:

	TWCC-73 Work Status Report (July 2004 version)
	TWCC-69 Report of Medical Evaluation (July 2004 version)
	TWCC-60 Medical Dispute Resolution Request / Response (July 2004 version)
	Patient Information Sheet - which can be used to feed all other forms.

Clients are welcome to suggest a new form for addition to the library by completing one of our inquiry forms. Clients may also have their own in-house forms (i.e. a non-standard form) added for their use in the online library for a one-time fee.

System Requirements

Because the data is stored on our server, this service is only available through our secure web server which uses the latest in Encryption technology. Microsoft Internet Explorer ® with 128 bit encryption and Adobe Acrobat Reader ® are the only software required on your computers (both are free for download).

Because the web interface is well-optimized, you can enjoy the service even with only a dial-up modem connection to the Internet and a Pentium class computer.

Pricing and Purchase Options

Automated Fax Transmission is offered as an online subscription service for $99 per physician, per month. This fee includes the telephone toll charges for your faxes as well as all software updates, support and maintenance and additional forms that we add to the catalog.

Not only does this make transmitting the TWCC-73 information fast and easy -- it reduces your telephone bill!
